  Design  & Scope

1 The agency shall prepare architectural design, structural design, and design of all required services, execution of work & services and handing over the assets after making them habitable in all aspects. The work is to be executed on EPC (Turn Key) basis.

2 The Project is based on RCC monolithic construction using aluminum form work including foundation on Raft/ Isolated/ Combined footings. The minimum height of each floor shall be 3150 MM (from floor to floor).

3 The agency shall design of all civil, electrical and horticulture services their integration and installation and commissioning.

4 Development of area, internal road, street lighting, paths etc.

5 The building shall be constructed by using RCC only. There is no provision for brick wall and plastering.

6 The wall and slab etc. shall be shutter finish only and the internal and external finishing of ceiling / walls shall be done by applying putty and paint.

7 All rooms shall be provided with vitrified floor tiles of size 600x600 mm  laid with adhesive and with spacers, groove filled with epoxy grout.
(i) Corridor & staircase area: Kota Stone flooring fixed with Adhesive
(ii) Balcony, Kitchen, WC Bath - Antiskid ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm  laid with adhesive and with spacers, groove filled with epoxy grout

8 Alluminium shuttering system has been adopted for RCC monolithic construction.

9 By adopting  Aluminum shuttering  in construction works, work may be executed within a short span of time along with ensureing better quality of RCC work. With assurance of systematic work planning and scheduling sequential work activities, repetition of  Aluminum shuttering system may be possible to achieve within 2 to 3 days. One working day is required for  internal wall and slab shuttering and one day for outer shuttering, slab reinforcement and electrical conduit and third day is for miscellaneous works. Pouring of concrete is also possible on 3rd day itself. Thus Aluminum shuttering serves its purpose by reducing the repetition cycle to 3 days, whereas in conventional system, repetition cycle is possible in 10 to twelve days. it may also reduces the cost of work because Plastering etc is not required.
