Setting up of WHO Global Centre for Traditional Medicines
• Initially the building was G+2 having hall type construction which was proposed to change into state of art building. • Hall type construction is changed into Cubicles, compartments and units. • The Kota Stone flooring has been replaced by Italian marble flooring, Granite flooring and bamboo wood flooring. • Aluminum windows are changed with double glazed unit of UPVC windows. • Single glazing of windows is changed into higher insulation double glazed window units. • New porch & fountain has been added. • A six passenger and thirteen passenger lifts have been installed. • Washroom area has been changed into prefabricated cubicles. • Exterior paint of building was nonoptimal which is replaced by whether proof long lasting ultra tech texture paint.
Construction of 76 Nos MP's flat for Hon'ble Lok Sabha MP's
Foundation work in progress. The work above stilt level is to be executed by Monolithic Construction Technology using Aluminium Formwork. The technology is used economically for repetitive work. In this technology the entire unit or floor is cast monolithically without any joint. Aluminium formwork for monolithic technology is a precisely tailored engineering management solution with environment friendly ideology. This formwork is customized solution for each project. This formwork is designed with precise tolerance of dimension which ensures consistency of architectural features and dimensions. This formwork is designed and manufactured in such a way that the shuttering and deshuttering is easy and less time consuming and this is the important aspect of success of this system of formwork. Monolithic construction with aluminum formwork ensures speedy construction of multistoried and repetitive type of works. This is achieved by reducing the cycle type of shuttering.Cycle time of shutteing is 8-10 days Benefit of this formwork are:- I) cost effective as the formwork can be designed for any feature of the building like staircase, chajja, cutout of any shape and size or any architectural feature. CBI OFFICE BUILDING
Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) was allotted a land of 1500 sqm at C-35 A, G – Block at Bandra – Kurla Complex, popularly known as BKC at Mumbai by Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA). They entrusted the work of project management to Central Public Works Department (CPWD). CPWD appointed M/s Enarch Consultant Private Limited as the consultant. Initially it was planned to have 2 Basements + Ground + 10 storeyed structure but later to cope up the requirements, the building was planned with 2 Basements + Ground + 13 storeyed structure. Since plot size was very small and space requirements of CBI were high, full FSI of 4 was utilised and also some FSI was purchased through making payment of the premium to MMRDA as per their guidelines. Total built up area planned including basements was of the order of 10,500 sqm. Accordingly the plans were got sanctioned. CBI building in Mumbai has been constructed with latest norms conforming to all the requirements of the local bodies. It houses almost all the offices under one roof. The building is occupied fully and is operational from March 2016 onwards. Important features of the project were adoption of new materials and techniques, 4 star GRIHA rating and accommodating services including required parking as per local bylaws in the plot. The building has achieved prestigious CIDC best project award, CPWD best completed project and IBC award.
NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF SECURITIES MARKETS
National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is an educational initiative of SEBI (Securities Exchange Board of India) India. In securities markets, NISM is already recognised all over the world. The institute entrusted the work of project management consultancy to CPWD. M/s Hiten Sethi & Associates were appointed as consultants of the project. The institute was allotted 70 acres land by MIDC (Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation) at Patalganga, Rasayani in Raigarh district located at about 75 kms from Mumbai international airport on Mumbai-Pune expressway and is on right side when one travels from Mumbai to Pune. Though almost adjoining to the expressway, there is no direct entry to the campus from the expressway due to government regulations hence one has to enter the campus from the village side. The land was in three plots, measuring 53 acres, 10 acres and 7 acres. The institutional buildings and hostels were designed in the plot of 53 acres while residential buildings in 10 acres plot. Plot of 7 acres area has been reserved for future expansion. Due to speciality of the project a large numbers of new and innovative materials has been used in the project, both in construction and interiors. The buildings are planned as four star green GRIHA rated buildings.
Construction of International Cooperation "Rudraksh" in Varanasi.
The project was envisaged during the visit of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India and Hon’ble Prime Minister of Japan in the month of December 2015. The Govt. Japan was pleased to help India in establishing the project and fund the same as Grant-Aid project. It is as a symbol of friendship between Japan and India. The foundation has been laid by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India on 14.07.2018. The project has been awarded to M/s Fujita Corporation, Tokyo, Japan.
Construction of 120 Nos. GPRA Type-VII Flats
Date of start of work is 09.09.2018 with duration 21 months. Work will commence through monolithic construction technology using aluminium formwork.

Dr. AMBEDKAR NATIONAL MEMORIAL
Plot area of the campus is 7274 sqm and built up area is 6758 sqm. Building having 3 basements and Ground Floor has been designed as R.C.C. framed structure with a floor height of 4.5m except the Ground Floor, where the floor height is varying from 9m to 11m. Architectural planning of the building was entrusted to Consultant and an estimate amounting to Rs. 99.64 Cr. was framed. A/A & E/S amounting to Rs. 99.64 Crore was issued on 02.07.2015 with completion period of 30 months after getting the approval from various local bodies which was received on 14th December 2015. Hon’ble Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi laid the foundation of the Memorial on 21.03.2016 and the work actually started at site on 21.04.16. The work completed in March, 2018 and Hon’ble Prime Minister inaugurated the memorial and dedicated it to nation on 13.04.2018.

This building houses Tier III DATA CENTRE(as per uptime standards) with 160 Racks on the first floor.Inrow cooling with cold asle containment has been provided to prevent hot spots and for energy saving.Ultra high efficiency UPS and IP based power distribution rack with the facility to monitor and control 34 different parameters has been provided.
